And FWIW, cruise lines are *just* starting to announce the 2014 season of Alaska, so you might not see everything yet when you start searching. I'd actually suggest waiting a couple weeks so that the systems get populated. (I know Princess is supposed to officially announce on something like Mar 15, but the schedules are out there if you look - for me it was a bitter disappointment since they're doing 7 day one ways on the Pacific and not 14 day round trips).
Personally, my suggestion would be to look for the Vancouver to Whittier sailings (or obviously the other way around) that include Glacier Bay. Some of the cruiseline tours aren't too bad for add-ons for Alaska, or you can do it yourself. I'd definitely recommend a couple nights in the Denali area so you can have a chance to go into the park. For there, either book the Tundra Wilderness Tour, or look into going straight through the park and book onto their regular buses. The THT that's typically included as part of a cruiseline tour isn't worth touching, but can generally be upgraded or dropped.
