I couldn't watch all of it just after breakfast. Reminds me of a few spins in Air UK's Fokker 50s.

For the full on experience I would suggest you watch the recent Denzil Washington movie called Flight. There are 2 scenes in there, at the start of the film, which are extraordinary. I can assure you that not even Virgin will put that film in its In-flight Entertainment database.
