I applied to the Citi 5x Gas/Grocery card on my latest 5 card churn, but they gave me an "automatic rejection" for having, per the supervisor on the reconsideration line, "more than one inquiry in the last five days." Anybody heard of this before? I figure I'll give another call to the reconsideration line tomorrow.
