Of course it depends on the individual but if I were you I'd redeem Business Saver instead. What SQ calls the Diamond seat Business Class (the long haul one in a 1-2-1 configuration) is comparable to F on many other airlines and it'll probably cost you half the miles. With this you could redeem a roundtrip for the same number of miles I reckon

Is this Suites redemption a First Class Award? If it is a Saver Award and it is available than I'd think it worth it if you want to travel in First. But I won't pay anything more than First Saver. Their Standard awards tend to be far too expensive.

I won't think of the chauffeur drop off in SIN on EY as much of a value-add. SIN is so small, cabs are cheap and highly effecient! You can even cab a limousine cab relatively cheap and easily too.
