What's with the tiny, domestic-first-style salad? Delta's previous standard called for the soup and appetizer to be served together and then cleared, with a much larger salad served separately before the main course.
Not sure if this is normal for this route, or a complete change to Int'l BE service. It may be an attempt to speed up the dinner service on this particular flight, since it is served between 12:30am-1:00am Pacific, so that people can get to sleeping sooner.
