These are available ex UK as "First Basic Plus" book in A and cost about 60% of the F Fare. You need to book two weeks in advance, penalty for rebooking. I booked LHR to HKG today for a total of 5530 GBP compared to the full fare ex UK F/C of 10270 GBP. Pretty old stuff in certain markets.
