Just got one today for a recent SIN-NRT-LAX-AUS trip. The interesting thing was that although I flew JAL and then AA on the flights, they asked if I used the QF or CX Lounges @NRT but didn't ask about the AA or JAL lounges. I had to answer "I don't know what lounge I used" I, of course, used the JAL F Lounge
