Ha ha tempting as I DO have this card, live in MNL etc. But since ticketing is by phone or visit to local CX office, they'd have ample time/opportunity to check local issuance of AMEX card etc.

Also when I had to buy tickets for colleagues before (and I wasn't part of the traveling party) I had to provide a letter authority, photocopies of the credit card used AND an ID for MNL check-in. Hassle! Not sure though if other ports would be as strict?
