It could be multiple ranges. I've CX Amex HK cards starting with 3771 119xxx xxxxx, 3771 168xxx xxxxx and the latest sample card is 3759 876xxx xxxxx (http://www.americanexpress.com/hk/en...me/elite.shtml).

Though probably CX PH has all the ranges Amex PH has issued for CX Elite PH.
