No-Show or not?
I have been really annoyed last week trying to make a change to a return flight on EY through their BKK office. This was after the system maintenance, yet I spent over 40 mins on hold on two days without any result and facing unhelpful staff. Simple questions could not be answered and so on. Promised call-back did not happen.
(Etihad sent me an e-mail advertising a free date change on economy tickets. BKK office wanted over 10,000 THB for changing my two tickets.)
I have booked a new flight with another airline (better route / time anyway) and won't be using the EY return flight.
If I do a no-show, do I still get the miles? After all the tickets were paid for?
How does it work?
I doubt I can get any kind of refund for the return ticket ... but I don't care .. just sick of the hassle with them and wasted time.
