I think skewedstyle meant he/she will have access to HKG departure lounges since his/her HKG-BKK flight is booked in business class. But if one is connecting from an ow long-haul flight (flight duration of 5+ hours) booked in J/F on the same day or before 6am the next day to another ow flight, one will have access to the lounge even if the departing flight is only booked in Y
