Seat shifted
My wife and I are travelling to LHR from SIN tomorrow in J and our travel agency had pre-assigned us seats next to each other. We are on separate PNRs as our itineraries were different. On doing a MMB, someone has seat-shifted both of us to extreme ends of the cabin (my wife at the front and me at the back). There's not a single seat left for assignment (even for me as BA Emerald).
Is there any chance check-in staff will be able re-correct this situation?
