In early February of 2012, AS announced a fee change that was to go in place in June 2012. Later that month, they pushed the date back to December 1, 2012. Then in November, the changes were "scrapped for the time being." Part of the fee change was to eliminate the Hawaii-specific fee and make the charges entirely distance-based. It seems that the Hawaii-specific charge must have been eliminated, while the distance-based chart and fees remained the same. (Or it could just be a web oversight. Missy might pop in and clear the situation up for us.)
