You will clear immigration, then customs (since you have no checked bags, merely take the form that the Immigration officer just stamped to the Customs exit and hand it to the officer). When you exit customs, you will be landside on the third floor of Concourse J. Per the MIA website (linked below) take the elevator to floor 2:
