Did AS recently drop cash upgrade fee prices?
Sorry searched through the last 1000 threads and didn't see one dedicared to this:

I could swear that less than a few months ago the AS cash upgrade list had a special line for "California to Hawaii" upgrades being $150 (since SJC/OAK/SMF are under the 2500 miles threshold) so they added the Bay area caviot to match what SEA-HI flts cost to upgrade.

However now when I look at the list that verbage is gone - did AS drop these BayArea-HI upgrades back down to only $100?!

I paid $100 a few years ago (2010) before the caviot was inserted and price raised - anyone have an idea when/if this change was made?
