I used to live in Monterey County but I don't get down there as often as I'd like. And in fact this trip will basically be touch and go so good or bad we won't be spending too much time at the Hyatt this time.

For dinner I think we've narrowed it down to either Passionfish or Pèppoli.

Any further suggestions as to how to make the most of the Hyatt Regency Monterey are welcomed.
