A quick note – generally if you are starting a thread that is asking a question, it's best to signify that you're asking a question by using a question mark. Otherwise, it seems like a statement, as if you're sharing something you've found.

On to your actual question though, I don't know of any alerts like that, but there is a page of what American Airlines calls hot spots that lists destinations having the greatest amount of saver tickets available. I'm also pretty flexible as to destination, so sometimes I check that out. I wish other airlines had a similar page.
