Payme.com is another Paypal-like program for no-cost fund exchange over the net. For a limited time they are offering $10 signup bonuses and $10 referrals. I've tried the service and it works great! They accept Visa and Mastercard, have a $500 per transaction limit but no stated card limit (Paypal limit is $5000/six months). All card transactions will post as purchases. What do you have to loose... you can at least get a free lunch out of it!
