The Average Joe is perfectly capable of getting himself into debt up to his eyeballs without any encouragement from bloggers. If someone is online and looking for advice, they are the select few who actually think/research about what they want to do and are almost surely less likely to get into debt.
Yeah the only complaint I have is with misleading (including "sins of omission") and sensationalized info from bloggers. People still have to use some common sense, do some research, etc.
