I have to say I take a weird bit of delight in the continued dialogue here. Legally speaking I assume that by giving 15K miles per PAX for the complaint some fault on Delta's part is assumed. If there was no cause no renumeration would have been proferred. Ergo Delta assumed some responsbility. Boom.
On to more important issues, red on the right person is smashing, not so much on a crotchety GA. Just saying.
