... in the former BA F-class Lounge...

...now serving as EY First & Business Class Lounge (in fact it is a single lounge = the same concept as with EK), but with F-class standards for everyone:

- 4 or 5 waitresses constantly checking if passengers are happy ('can I refill your glass, sir?')
- food of excellent quality: both buffet and a la carte
- in-the-lounge spa with complimentary treatments readily available
- when I moved to the restaurant area, I was approached within 30 seconds and offered a la carte menu, drinks followed instantly,
- despite of a high number of service folks, I have never see them congregating in one area and gossiping
- and yes - the waitrsses were most likely 'outsourced' = the same as in CRR
- there was even a 'restroom' assistant (let me use an American term) offering towels afer the stuff was done... Even if these folks are making minimum wage = the cost for EY must be significant

So, YES - it can be done properly... even in the UK...

I do like the design of CCR, but please do something with the service... (minus the 'restroom assistants'; = I can grab a towel myself)
