When I took a look at the SeatGuru map for this plane, seat 16G has a note that it has slightly restricted legroom but I don't see any reason why it would.

Does anyone have any insight on this? I'm trying to decide if I want to upgrade to this seat (one of only a couple options available outside of bulkhead) or just stay in Economy.
