I've always been offered seconds on domestic medium hall flights and pretty much unlimited drinks on long hauls and international. Mind you I've only had two domestic flights in coach (other than on E145s) but three international ones since returning to AA this year. Even been given a large bag of almonds on a long haul domestic flight after having had wine with a very nice sandwich and then two scotches during the balance of the flight. I too thought I'd be limited to one comp'd drink, but never ran into an objection when I asked for a second (or third). Really love this ExecPlat benefit.
