This is hurricane season in the Caribbean. Aruba is probably your best bet, because it is more south and very rarely gets hurricanes. Next, I think would be Cancun. Also, there is a new JW on the beach in Panama and another in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Check on the weather of the last two.
