Is the BPG being attempted as it is best to book with the hotel directly for points accrual/ease? Do platinum and Gold member benefits still apply if you booked through a third party website i.e. Agoda/expedia?
Just about to book a stay at the Sofitel Melbourne for a week and wondering if I try and apply.
