Unless the hotel has a shuttle, it will be cheaper and easier to get an hotel in town, somewhere around Plaça Espanya (where the Aerobus has its first stop). The bus ride takes about 15 minutes.

Taking a taxi to an airport hotel will cost you the minimum rate (about 20€).

And I have no idea what your question about "check out time" is all about...

I have never heard of an hotel where you have to choose the check out time. (Added: I see sigma421 did get the question, and has answered it already.
