Khao Yai National Park, Thailand

Upon my return to Thailand I spent a day lazing around Bangkok. The next morning my friend Phil who is a freelance guide came to pick me up for our little 3 day trip to Khao Yai National Park. Phil and I have taken many trips together over the last few years including a very memorable visit to Sukhothai for Loy Krathong that I will write about later. When I was planning this year’s trip I asked him to put together a short visit to Khao Yai as I knew he had taken other clients there in the past. Khao Yai is a very famous national park in Nakhon Ratchasima. It’s only a couple of hours’ drive from Bangkok.
