The ticket would have cost $350 per person. However, if that's what I charge them, they could have just purchased the tickets instead of using my miles for that price.
I do think miles are somewhat 'priceless'. Not sure what's the fair rate.
The only fair thing to do is to have each of them book you a one-way for your next two award round-trips. Going to take a lot of coordination, but to avoid any bartering/mileage transfer issues, that's all one can do.
There are other ways of course, but none I want to note in public.
