Well, at least AC has admitted that they didn't properly plan this year, and apologized to us.

Sounded somewhat similar to a delayed AC flight.

The departure and arrival time are never guaranteed. AC is also not responsible for any "consequential damage" such as if you miss the sailing of your cruise or hotel no show cost!

In this case, you are not able to access the lounge or able to request an eUpgrade!
