Everything is communicated real time between the systems and the website pulls LIVE inventory but there are certain issues that can cause a delay but typically that delay isn't for very long......(typical delay is a locked/in use record which needs to wait for the record to no longer be in use)...more often than not the issue can be shown to be an inventory control issue by the hotel
