Yes, I get that some airlines allow some dogs on board in some circumstances. Not being a dog owner myself, I would have presumed that this would come with some paperwork requirements and that somehow there was something lacking in the circumstances referred to in the airliner post. My Hebrew reading skills don't stretch to newspaper articles unfortunately.
In any event, I'd probably prefer being seated near someone with a dog, than I would near someone exhibiting some of the other behaviours I've witnessed on that route on BA and LCCs.....
