That is probably true. But FB is fully aware, no doubt about. It seems highly unlikely to me that any of particpating airlines can add or substract FB perks without FB's involvement. Or in other words, FB is fully aware that golds are loosing benefits and plats are gaining nothing new. What has been noted in your minutes of meeting is, so far at least, the oposite of what is happening now.
