Yes I could photo copy and laminate my one remaining one, but I would rather buy a couple more new ones.

I did a search on FlyerTalk and through Alex on UA.com, but now results.....thanks for your help.
I wrote the 1k desk and asked for replacement tags as mine were lost during baggage handling. Couple of weeks later, two showed up in the mail.

I bought some leather tags for mine and they've held up pretty well for about a year.
