Were do you get the idea of free breakfast and wifi when being a PC member? Even PC Platinum doesn't get that. Unless you stay at Express by Holiday Inn hotels only in which case some form of a breakfast is provided and mostly internet has been free at HIX (but not always, e.g. some European locations had moderate charges <10 Euro).
