How long is it appropriate to wait for a response from an agent that I contacted about a Virtuoso booking before moving on to find another one? It's been 2 weeks since I left my first voicemail and I sent emails both 10 days ago and then a follow-up email 2 days ago and I have not heard a word back. This is not an agent I have ever booked with before but is occasionally recommended here. He priced a Las Vegas weekend trip for us that we wound up not doing, but I don't he was offended by that...

All I'm looking for is a fairly basic booking (of course there are one or two wrinkles) at the Fairmont Kea Lani for a week. How much effort should I put into this?
