Thanks for writing. Please accept our apologies for our recent access problems
at the FreeRide site. With unprecedented demand and planned new features, we
have moved our servers to another, larger facility and expanded our
infrastructure. In the process, we have had some system difficulties. As a
result, you may have noticed that points earned or spent from Sunday the 20th to
Tuesday the 22nd, temporarily do not show in your wallet. Rest assured that
these transactions will be restored to your wallet within a week. We apologize
for any inconvenience or confusion that this may have caused.
We appreciate your patience and are confident that FreeRide will be back on-line
bigger and better than ever. Thanks for being a FreeRider!

They have always been quite good over the last year and I've benefitted greatly with MANY Marriott certs. This storm will hopefully soon pass!
