Panama: Lake Gatun and Coiba

Hello all,
Any insider tips regarding Lake Gatun and Coiba? I will be there in two weeks, in the second half of March.

Lake Gatun:
Interested mostly in wildlife, smaller group the better. Gf would like to see monkeys and toucans.
Do I need to reserve in advance or can I just walk in somewhere? Is there a place, a wharf to go to with different boat tours? Is there a good duration? Is 1 hr, 3h or 6h sufficient? I think the longer the better.
I will have a car rental and can go on my own.

Coiba:
Interested in snorkeling/diving and kayaking. Any recommendation and places to avoid? I'd like to do an overnight over there and possibly camp? I am not sure ANAC still has beds available.
