I'm travelling NGO-MNL-HKG for 1st time....guess what....they are weighing the carry-on bag to make sure not exceeding 7Kgs. Unfornately my carry-on weighed 10.3Kgs and I need to repack my laptop and printer and carry in plastic bag. My carry-on bag was checked in as extra bag and I was charged JPY6,000 which about USD70.

I'm travelling Worldwide 20Days a month without any hassel, except on PR

They also not particapating in any Milleage Program with any other airlines...

I should have travelled on Korean or China Eastern whicn never have any problem before

I will keep them off my travelling list.
