It will be 2pm on a Monday. I'll check on the Cathay board how much time I need for checkin if I'm flying business class. I'm hoping that passport control is not a pain and that there is a separate business class check in line.
You should give yourself an hour for the taxi, although it can be nearer 45 minutes if roads are quiet. During rush hour it can take much longer.
