A couple months ago, the first segment of BWI-ATL-LAS was delayed due to weather enough that it would cause a misconnect if I boarded. They were unable to rebook me on any flight for the same day, or on WN. They offered to rebook me for the next day, which wouldn't work because I was going for a 1-day meeting. They ended up giving me a credit for the cost of the ticket, but I was hoping for a refund since I don't fly them very often. I tried looking in their contact of carriage about this, but it doesn't seem to mention refunds related to weather delays (I believe just cancellations and IRROPS). Is this worth calling back and trying for the refund, or is this pretty standard? Thanks.
