Changes to the xGLOBnn rule sheet

There is new version of the rule sheet on the oneworld website

GF is dropped, and QR and UL added

Rules changes I've spotted are:

More African countries for the transit of Europe rule:
2F3. For travel to/from or via Ghana/Kenya/Mozambique/Nigeria/ Rwanda /Seychelles /Tanzania/Uganda two permitted in Europe/Middle East when one is a transfer without stopover between Ghana /Kenya /Mozambique /Nigeria /Rwanda /Seychelles /Tanzania/Uganda and another continent.
Business class traveller can travel in QR first on some flights:
3B
NOTE: For flights where First or Business Class is not offered or available, passengers may travel in a lower Class, in the applicable booking code for that lower Class. The fare for the highest Class used applies, without compensation.
Exceptions –
i) ...
ii) ...
iii) For services within the Middle East and between DOH-TIP, where no Business Class is offered, Business Class passengers may book and travel in A Class on QR, subject to availability.
in section 10. Sales Restrictions there used to be a list of restrictions along the lines of "If the itinerary includes airline X, then airline Y ticket stock cannot be used". This is replaced with the following helpful text:
Select a validating carrier which has ticketing agreements with all airlines in the itinerary. Where individual airlines do not have a ticketing agreement e-ticket issue will be supressed.
