By taxi, no idea. By monorail / KILA Express - figure 5 minutes to walk to the monorail station - 15 minutes to Sentral, around 10 minute wait for the next train and 28 minutes to KLIA. Depends on how much luggage you have whether it's worth trekking through the crowds and heat.
