1. If I ticket a *A revenue RTW through UA, is an open jaw allowed? For example, I am looking to ticket EWR-SIN-HKG-PEK-PVG-CNX-BKK-BOM-CPT, VFA-JNB-EZE-GIG-EWR. I'm going on Safari in Botswana between the CPT and VFA legs, so there's going to be an open jaw there, will they just count the distance between the two stops as part of my total distance and allow it, or is this going to be a problem?

2. I am buying this RTW in J, it's going to be ~31,000 miles flown. For EQM's, will I earn ~31,000 x 1.5 for J and the normal elite bonus?
