Gee, I don't know. Electricity out for 12 hours and you didn't get a new room? Did you tell management about the problem immediately? Did you ask for another room? Did management refuse you a new room? Was the property sold out? I just have a feeling that there is more to this story.

What did you mean by saying that the electricity was out in your room "but not the rest of the hotel/elevator/lobby." Where was the electricity out?
