In the F Wing. Nice new decor but the music is - well - OTT. Yes, it drowns out the background noise, but it becomes intrusive after a while. Please CX, turn it down or completely off. I'm over this. Oh, and Mrs OG just returned from the toilets and said that there was nothing to dry her hands on.

My issue is that there is nothing to snack on except for foil packs of peanuts (unless, of course, a bar snack is ordered). I'm used to attentive staff offering to refill glasses. I'm now trekking to the bar to do this - three times so far.

Has CX cut their staffing or is this new F lounge just a few new pieces of furniture and less service?
