The most valuable part of the FPC program, in my opinion, is the Staff. From the folks on the phone to the hotel Staff I've spoken with, all have been fabulous and eager to help in anyway they can.

I couldn't have said it any better. I have written a few e-mails to Fairmont just to comment on the quality of their staff. And that's not only the front end staff but also the help line and room personnel.
They are definitely doing something right.
