Knock wood, I've done it many time before and will do it again Sunday, just using my clothes wrapped around a large 1.75ml glass bottle and try to place it in the middle with clothes/shoes on all sides.

Last time I actually placed one 1.75ml along with 3 wine bottles in a liquor store box (the one's that have 6 individual card board sleeves) and crammed into a large suitcase, framed with clothes & shoes. And on a 3 leg coast to coast journey no less!

All this bragging is probably going to jinx me...
