I spent two weekend nights at the Palais in October. Didn't have status at the time. Room was small but ok, didn't spend much time in the hotel besides sleeping.

Wifi in the room was very poor, signal was dropping constantly. Went out to the elevators to catch better signal. Had to go down to the lobby for Skype.

Staff was very pleasant, gave good directions. No noise at night, bed comfortable enough. Fine overall but nothing too memorable (next time I'll try it with Gold status, that might be a bit more interesting I suppose).
