I have to strongly disagree on this one. Apart from the pitch, service (FA's, food, wine selection) in Y on AF is miles ahead of AC's usual product in the back.

As for J, the only thing that makes AC beat AF is the seat and IFE. Service and food in AF J (haven't had the new AC J service though) is much better than AC.

Yes the ground staff at CDG is a nightmare, but the staff pretty much everywhere in France are a nightmare. I guess once you haved lived here long enough, you get used to dealing with it.
