Hotel did that for me. I had my stuff delivered to the hotel (from Cusco hotel) while I was out along the Inka Trail. Everything was there when I got to the hotel 4 days later. I called ahead when I was leaving Cusco to inform them that the driver would be coming by to leave our luggage.
